DESCRIPTION:
Painting The Planet Green - Workshop 1
Join Us - In Tropical North Queensland for this magic Workshop!
@ The Tanks Arts Centre - Cairns Botanical Gardens -
Saturday 20th September 2025 - 10am to 2.30pm
46 Collins Ave\, Cairns\, QLD\, Australia 4870

Often considered as a relatively easy medium\, watercolor is actually one of the toughest mediums to work with and Rajat has mastered it well. Watercolor remains his fort&eacute\; and he likes to capture nature\, landscapes and abandoned objects through his work. In today&rsquo\;s world\, nature is gradually perishing\, so he likes to retain its beauty and essence through his paintings.
&ldquo\;Watercolour is the most challenging medium to handle\, it is very fascinating to get the transparency\, to work with layer after layer. There is no scope for correction\, that&rsquo\;s the best part. The way one color mixes with other color with the help of water\; is the most thrilling part. Some artists avoid this risk\, but I enjoy it the most!&rdquo\;
In this Workshop you will explore the techniques and discover through Rajat's&nbsp\;minds eye concepts that he believes will reinvigorate our planet - the Artwork from this Workshop will be hung as a green-wall - uniting nature together!
