If you choose to enter your art work in our 'Muster' then you will need to follow this procedure and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Entry and Sales.
After the closing date all submissions will be reviewed and assessed by The Australian Watercolour Muster Judging Panel.
Artists whose works are selected for exhibition will be notified via email or SMS using the Gallery 247 online system and invited to exhibit at the Show. Artists must notify the Organisers if the work is no longer available for the Show. Withdrawn works may be substituted at the discretion of the Organisers.
Artists or their agents must ensure the mailing of their Juried Artwork will be delivered to the Australian Watercolour Muster Curator - Wyn Vogel in Brisbane Queensland Australia, within the agreed time frame which will be advised to all Finalists - to enable the Artwork 2021 to be delivered to Cairns Regional Council to be framed and hung ready for Exhibition in The Old Court House Cairns by the 10th September 2021 -

Delivery Address will be advised to all Finalists as part of the acceptance process.
During the Show you will be notified via the online system if your artwork sells. A red dot will be placed on the item in the Art Show.
Artwork selected for Exhibition in Cairns will be returned to the Artist at the nominated mailing address at the conclusion of the physical Exhibition to be held in Cairns until the 23th October 2021.

All care will be taken to package and post artwork to the Artist by the Australian Watercolour Muster, however the Artist accepts all liability for the care and shipping of their Work.
Payments for sold works will be made to the artist, via EFT (preferable) or cheque, for the sale proceeds minus the commission (inclusive of GST) within 10 business days of the close of the Show.
